Steam ovens are designed to yield the maximum benefit of this technology for those who require large-scale production while maintaining high flexibility. The AX Series is available in 5, 6, or even 7 chambers, which was realised by overcoming the difficult technical challenge of achieving identical baking quality in each of them. The great advantage of so many chambers is gaining a large production area, despite the overall dimensions of the place. The AX Series of the T.V. Synt is also set up for use of an automatic peel for loading and unloading. There is the possibility of installing multiple ovens side-by-side, which are serviced by a single peel with a width equal to that of the baking chamber. This offers the advantage of greater flexibility with production, and a consequent reduction in management costs.
